As a new hot tub owner through a house purchase, I had heard Mountain Hot Tub was great at answering questions. Whew, the rumors were true and then some! The first interaction was very friendly, patient, and informative with my list of questions. Then one of the questions led to a more technical issue and needing to work with different people. The follow thru and customer service provided by Caitie was top notch!! They were even flexible and willing to work with me when repairs looked expensive. Luckily it was user error and repairs were avoided. Both technicians who came out were wonderful to work with too. Great company with their hearts in the right place and superb at what they do. Doesn’t get any better in my book! Thank you Mountain Hot Tub! You have a customer for life!
Charging $150 for a "flat fee for a house call" is extortion. The truly professional technician was unable to even fix the issue, could only apologetically provide a theory. I happily bought products from these guys for several years, $50 or even $90 would have been fine, $150? That is a serious slap in the face and its the last $ they will get from me. Luckily Amazon sells the same stuff, for less.

Our technician, William Evans, is very knowledgeable and his spa service was outstanding. He inspected all the intricacies meticulously. I recommend Will for any Mountain Hot Tub service needs!
The company doesn’t have enough employees to continue to add new customers. We bought a new tub and the crew from Bozeman came to set it up. They had pre drilled the holes for the cover and when they got here they realized they had put it on the wrong side as first agreed upon. They never said anything, we saw them later after they left. It was a good thing they had to come back because they couldn’t finish setting up the tub due to a leak in a pump.
They sent a crew out from Helena… Chase and Tyler ( Probably 2 of the best and knowledgeable service techs you’ll ever encounter) to take pictures so they could order new panels. The disappointing part was the original crew just left without acknowledging the holes that are very obvious.
Again, Chase and Tyler from Helena have been out here fixing and setting up the tub, these two are friendly, knowledgeable, and are what customer service is about.
